Ferfi's training and knowledge sharing department (DFPC) intends to contribute to the development of the renewable energy sector in Angola, which will only be possible, if qualified, trained and experienced professionals in the country exist in the various technologies, knowledge and methods. linked to renewable energy, environment, sustainability and energy efficiency. These are the 4 pillars that will dictate the area of action of the company's DFPC. In this context, we present ourselves to the market in different ways, from;

1 - Specific and targeted training offered within the departments of our customers and aimed at improving or specializing the technicians that make up their human capital, which is essential for a company that works or interacts with renewable energy issues;

2 – Partnerships with other training centres, vocational training institutes and other organizations, where vocational training courses will be developed with syllabus adapted to the course itself.

3 – Organization of events such as conferences, workshops, seminars, webinars, on the same topics and within the 4 pillars defined above. This vector includes participation in conferences organized by other entities using our staff of trainers to speak on a specific topic.

4 – Distributor of technical books specialized in matters related to the 4 pillars of action, which can be easily acquired in the Angolan market, as well as being an integral part of the didactic material of our internal or external training.
